I had placed an order using standard free shipping about a week ago. I wasn't in a rush to get the item so I kinda forgot about it. About a week later, I tracked the package to find out it had been delivered the day before. The only problem - it wasn't in my mailbox or at my door. After going to the local post office, they said they'd look and took my Info. I also asked my postman who said he couldn't remember but thought he might had delivered it to the wrong apartment. Either way, I wasn't ever going to see my package. I emailed liftmode explaining what had happened and at this point was in need of the item asap so I asked what I should do. They responded to my email immediately - around midnight - saying that since there was a time crunch, I should place the order again with 1 day shipping to get it here in time. They also refunded my purchase and said they would handle the claim with the usps. I was extremely pleased with the way the handled the situation especially the promptness. Their customer service is at a level all other companies should try to attain.
