My boyfriend and I could no longer stand drinking coffee as it is harsh on the stomach. This saved us! My boyfriend loves being able to wake up and take a Liftmode right when his alarm goes off rather than spend 10 minutes making coffee. The L-Theanine mix is fantastic, we never get that caffeine jitter! Ordering our third batch of 300 right after this!

I add this faithfully to my am Bulletproof coffee and it levels it out even more and I believe it curbs my appetite further then bulletproof coffee alone! So much calmer and more focused then bulletproof coffee alone which is hard to believe! I'm going to try to add in water before bed also for sleep as I hear this is good for this as well.
