It has been awhile since I purchased the lifemode l-theanine powder as it has lasted awhile. I was very happy with the results from the product which gave a mild relaxing feeling and I also felt abit more clear-headed as well. The product didn't dissolve great but since there was no strong taste I easily added to water and swallowed it on down. :) I did try a different brand recently to get more product for the same dollar amount I paid for this but found the liftmode effect was better so I think I'll stick to this.

There phenibut is extremely effective, so far it has cured me of depression, general anxiety, social anxiety and insomnia! I am happy, energetic, more creative, relaxed and I can talk up a storm.
