We hope that we did not cause you too much dissatisfaction with your ordering experience with us and would like to let you know we offer a 90day return policy on all of our products. Please send us the numbers on the bottom of the jars you received so we can begin the returns process. Do not dispose of the products or jars as we may need them back for further testing. If you have any further questions, please let us know, and we'll get back to you right away!
