Everything about my experience was good...except the fact that Liftmode failed to include the scoop. This stuff is expensive and needs to be dispensed in small quantities, and for this the scoop is vital. Oh well, you can't win 'em all.

ordered Phenibut 300mg and caffeine/L-theanine 100mg each combo capsules - order was received correctly and promptly with extra sample bonus items - which is very nice oh also ordered 2 gram sample of Icariin 98% have not tried the Phenibut yet - but I am really liking the caffeine/L-theanine - good energy and concentration - going to try just this and water in the morning and get off the coffee the caffeine-L-theanine - Icariin combo would be a great pre-workout

Received my order of phenibut HCL promptly...with free capsule samples. Took a conservative 600 mg on day one and was unsure if I " felt" anything. On day two, I took 1 gram and began to feel the effects...including increased focus, extra energy, and some euphoria. On day 3, took 600 mg and felt a bit sluggish with a minor headache. During these three days, I lost interest in food and even forgot one meal completely. I was thristy and drank quite a bit of water. Sleep was different...hard to go to sleep and hard to get up. Am taking a break. Likely will only take 600 mg once or twice a week...but not consecutive days.
