Thanks for your feedback. We looked into our records and could not locate an email concerning your Order#. Did you send us an email to [email protected]? I see that you purchased one unit of Phenibut HCL (Fine Crystals) - 100 Grams (3.53 Oz) - 99+% Pure. This item ships with an Orange scoop, which is our largest scoop. All other scoops that we provide with our products are smaller than the Orange scoop. If you were not satisfied with your order, offer a 90-day return policy with all of our products. Please note that with most of our supplements, you may double the basic serving size - 1 scoop and take it twice per/day. Which would be equivalent to four scoops. However, that depends on which supplement it is that you purchased. Please let us know, so we may offer the best guidelines for consuming if you don't feel any effects at all. Also, we always have our 90-day hassle free return policy, where you can return any product purchased for a full refund.
