If you would like a refund of the Phenibut you claim was useless, please just contact us directly so we can take care of you right away. We strive to know, note and respond accordingly to the needs and interests of our customers and to know what we are doing right and where we can improve. Our Phenibut HCl and our Phenibut F.A.A. are both very pure and are renown for efficacy and consistent purity. They have at least 99.5+% pure (in fact, recent batches have been testing at higher than 99.8% purity). The remaining 0.2% or so consists of traces of impurities formed in the manufacturing process, which are inactive and non-hazardous. The purity of the products that we offer is verified by the COA provided to us by the manufacturer. Also, we independently test each product within the U.S. to ensure the manufacturers COA is accurate. We like to make sure that all the products we offer are double verified, to make sure our customers receive the best quality products. The U.S. lab that we use specializes in testing dietary supplement ingredients. They test for identity, purity, and lack of harmful contaminants such as heavy metals and bacteria. We do offer several Free Shipping options: Orders over $25 - Free UPS 2nd Day Air Orders over $35 - Free UPS Ground Orders over $200-Free UPS Next Day Air Besides these, if an order is under $25, the least costly of our shipping options is USPS First Class, which is usually $3.50 - $4.75 depending on your address. Hello Robert, Thank you for emailing us the number on the bottom of the jar for the unit of Phenibut you received. We would like you to know that we use GMP packaging methods to confirm that each jar is labeled correctly, as well as, keep a database for every COA document associated with each unit. We were able to locate the COA document for the order that you received and were able to confirm you received Phenibut. However, although you were not happy with the Phenibut you received, we offer a 90-day return policy for all of our products.
