The products themselves, I enjoy very much. Unfortunately, there was A HUGE issue with my order which I emailed them about days ago and haven't heard anything back on yet. Ironic that I would get the email asking me to review them before a reply about my issue. Bottom line, when these products are available through so many vendors, I have a hard time imagining going back to this one, between my issue itself and the total lack of response to it.

I ordered these because I use them to help get rid of my nerve pain. I like the fact that they're 99% pure phenibut. They seem to be helping but I have only taken them for a few days. I'm hoping that they will work for me!!

I am disappointed with how hard the ordered products come from, I have ordered a while ago and am disappointed that I have not received them quickly as it says on the site, I went on vacation without them. I think I will search for another site, I am very disappointed with the services transport.

Although, customs clearance can create delays for delivery, this method Mail Innovations, is also a hybrid system where UPS delivers to your local post office. The local post office makes the final delivery and unfortunately does not generate a new tracking number, so tracking these packages is daunting. We can only offer to reship if it takes more than 8 business days for your local post office to complete the delivery.
