Hello Paul, We're sorry to hear that you've had issues with one of our products. Please contact us on our customer service page with your order number and which products are unsatisfactory and we will happily issue you a refund within 90 days of your purchase. It will also help us to determine whether there are any issues with a particular batch. Although each batch is independently tested before being packaged for sale, sometimes there can unforeseen issues. We would greatly appreciate your help in tracking it down. Thank you in advance.
