I had ordered a 40g container on Phenibut and a 1g sample of Icariin. The product was shipped fast and arrived within two days but when I opened it up the Icariin had been forgotten. I contacted lift mode and they promptly replied with an option to either re-ship or give me credit at the store. I was disappointed but still happy with the service I received. I will be ordering again.
