I've been using L-Theanine since March 22, one scoop a day, that comes with the product. For the past couple weeks I've been using 2 scoops once a day, all in my coffee. I may be more calm, however, I live alone so I don't have anyone I'm around often enough to see if there's a difference in my actions or if I'm more calm. I start work at 3AM, until about 8AM. I do feel pretty focused at work, I'm ADD, and I feel pretty calm overall. But my sleep isn't all that good, not the fault of L-Theanine, it's my work schedule, which I continue to work on. When I'm home I don't have the structure I need so there is some anxiety because of things that need to be taken care around the house. The anxiety is also a normal trait of ADD, so it's somewhat of a battle, one that I work on daily. So in closing I will probably start taking more of the product, as I've read some more information on the LiftMode web site about using the product and the dosage and what it may help. I recommend the company and the product 100%. I know I will order more once I'm low. I use the powder form.

All in all, a good product. I’d like to see more of the provider checking in with their customers not just after they have their money and the product is shipped. Real interaction. I know it’s not always possible, but Make your customers feel more valued as a human being. Not someone who’s getting the same “fantastic update” that thousands of others are.
