I ordered gabba

I ordered gabba , l theanine and DL phenylaline . I paid for these three products . On the customs box it shows all three products to be contained inside the package totalling the full value so I’ve been charged by yous the full value including the full shipping value but also I’ve been charged importation costs that amount to the full value of contents that is described to be in the box. I open the box and the gabba is not there and I have a note saying it is out of stock. I now go on your site and it’s in stock , like it showed to be when I eventually ordered. So I’ve been charged import duty on an item I haven’t received , the delivery cost and the cost of the item . Gabba is the main item I ordered , to now order this again as a single item will be very expensive , the item will receive a stand alone importation cost as standard , it’s a lot cheaper to purchase multiple items at once . Not impressed atall. I’d like to add , since this happened lift mode have rectified the situation in the most generous way . Thank you liftmode !!

Hello Craig, Thank you for your honest feedback and review. We apologize again for mistakenly listing GABA prior to the units being prepared. In that small window of time, a few customers ordered this product, which was not in stock. We should have contacted you right away, but did not want to delay the shipment of the rest of your order. Since we made this mistake and reshipping the GABA now that it is in stock may not be convenient due to import taxes and fees, we have refunded your entire order!
