We do our best to keep our prices low but find ourselves in a difficult situation when material suppliers change terms or political restrictions on trade affect our ability to manufacture at the same cost. Raising the price is always a last resort because we care about making these products available, however, we refuse to compromise on quality so sometimes we are forced to share the burden of rising costs with the customer. Hi Sandra, Thanks for your response, we're really sorry about that! We apologize for the inconvenience of running out of the free products we'd set aside for the Free product giveaway promotion - to be honest we completely underestimated how strong the response would be. We regret that we were not ableto accurately predict the number of people who would respond to our email - we had set aside several hundred products to give away based our budget, available stock of products we'd prepared in advance, and the usual percentage of people who take time to open our newsletter emails to check them out. Regrettably, we are not a multi-billion dollar company (though we wish we had those kind of resources!) So although we would love to if we could, so many people signed up to receive their free product and demand ran way past what we had set aside for it. We humbly apologize that we couldn't afford to give out so many thousands of free products! We were frankly blown away and did not predict such a positive response - we would like to thank everybody who completed the survey, shared what they wanted to see in our future product lineup, and who took the time to let us know about any bugs that they found on our prelaunch website. If you completed a survey yesterday and were unable to get the Free product code or it didn't work for you, we really regret the disappointment and frustration the situation caused you and we thank you for your patient understanding. The majority of people who use this product experience positive effects, but there are rare occasions where people have a natural tolerance and do not feel anything.
