That is very unfortunate and we do apologize for any error, but in the future, please consult us directly if you have any concerns, missing scoops or questions about serving sizes, we could have provided you one overnight! It is very important to always follow the serving recommendations. Fortunately, Piperine is very healthy but it can have counteractions with some prescription meds making them more potent/intense by slowing the metabolic rate of absorption. Nevertheless, we are so very sorry to hear that you did not receive a scoop with your order! We will be sure to send you a new set of scoops right away. Once your shipment has been processed we will be sure to send your tracking updates to your account related email address. We've recently implemented a double checking program that should help to greatly reduce this sort of problem in the future.
