I liked the selection and the in depth product descriptions. Very helpful in making my choice. I love how the purity tests from the labs are included with the order, so I know what I have is good. Customer service was excellent as well. I ordered a couple things, but I did not see a third that I wanted. After I placed my order I found that they did indeed have it, but under another name.So I emailed Support and asked if I could add it to my order and save on shipping. I got a reply early the next morning, saying that I couldn't add onto an existing order, but that they have already canceled my order, so that I can start a new one with everything in it. Since it was so early, I made a new order and it went out that very same day. So there was no delay in when I received it. And the shipping was fast too. I love the free 2nd Day Air for orders over $35!
