I heard great things about the products I then made an order unfortunately if you're in Canada like me you shouldn't order from other countries unless its a small order. my package was seized and they're making it impossible to get they charged me extra fees as well (not lift mode) wish I could've tried liftmodes phenibut but I'll have to order domestic now, they shipped right away and sounds like everything was in there, it's my fault.

Hello William, Thank you for your feedback and yes thank you also for reminding others to adhere to our recommended serving sizes and frequency. It is important when handling bulk powder or crystal forms of supplements, to be sure to have the proper measurement of each. We provide scoops that should make this easy but not always do customers adhere to our guidelines unfortunately. We look forward to hearing back from you again soon and appreciate your support and great review! Kind regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team

Liftmode blows nootropics depot out of the water. They are really in their own league of products. Capsules were pristine, almost as good as pharmacy grade. Product performed better then expected and shipping was lightning fast. Website is a little slow and outdated but that really doesn't matter with how awesome the support and products are. Nootropics depots capsules had a matte like texture in the hand, some capsules were empty, labeling was cheap, packaging was 6/10. Product was fine. Liftmodes capsules were gliding through the hand, no empty capsules as of yet, packaging was supurb. High quality and comes with a good amount of info depending on the product. Customer service responded and resolved my issue within 5 minutes no questions asked. I have now ordered from liftmode twice. Both times have been great. I ordered from nootropics depot once so far. I will only order from them again if liftmode doesn't have the products I need.

Hello Anonymous, Thank you for such an amazing review and for noting how we outdo our competitors. We strive to stand apart by focusing on quality, consistency, individualized care, transparency and prompt shipping of professionally packaged and pure products. With our capsules it took for us to take on encapsulation ourselves to eliminate the inconsistencies we had with co-packers who didn't place the care into production and customer satisfaction that we do! Thank you for noticing our efforts also to be prompt available and genuine in our effort to provide individualized customer care. We are building a new website which will be launched soon. Again, we appreciate your honest and comprehensive feedback and we truly look forward to hearing from you again soon and to serving you even better in the future. Warm regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team

Since I began ordering from LiftMode several months ago, I'm continuously impressed by their prompt service, great prices and quality products. However, a recent experience elevated the company for me to make this review necessary. I decided to try a different form of a compound I use - one that is more expensive and uniquely provided by LiftMode. The product I received was my normal order, so I contacted their support and provided the necessary information. As it was my normal order, I simply opened it and planned on requesting an account credit. To my surprise, LiftMode had already sent my new, more expensive order as a replacement. I contacted them to let them know I'd already opened the product. This is getting a little long, but they decided to send the replacement anyway, to make up for the mistake. I wanted to share this experience for anyone considering any of the supplements sold on this website. You can do no better than this company.

Hi Dood, Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed review of our company and your experience with us. Very rarely, our shipping team makes an error and ships out the wrong product. We don't believe that our customers should sit with this problem, and we were happy to send you the correct order as a replacement. We look forward to our ongoing business with you! Best, Chet and the LiftMode team.
