Hi Kristen! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us, and I'm sorry your buying experience has not been a smooth one. With sometimes hundreds of packages going out every week, we are unable to monitor the tracking of individual shipments. In cases where a package is returned to us, or a customer informs us that their order hasn't arrived, we do always reach out to arrange a reshipment. We contacted you twice last week to confirm your reshipment address, and are yet to hear back from you. I have emailed you again, please reply at your earliest convenience so that we can get your order to the correct address, or arrange a refund. You may need to check your spam box, in case our email has been filtered. If these emails aren't coming through to you, you can always contact our customer service team at [email protected], or call us at 1-(855) 850-5353. Our call center is open M-F from 9am-6pm CT.
