It appears that your order was shipped via USPS on the day you ordered it. We apologize if there has been an unexpected delay, but given how overburdened USPS has been with holiday mail in addition to the delays they were already experiencing from increased demand due to the ongoing pandemic, we are doin our best by posting warnings in several locations before checkout advising our customers to expect delays when shipping with USPS. We are also encouraging people to take advantage of our free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for orders over $35 during this time. UPS is also experiencing delays, but they are less frequent and often shorter than those that USPS has been having.
