Perhaps 3 stars isn’t indicative of the service I received from Liftmode but since my package arrived in Bangkok the UPS personnel there have either been extremely incompetent or the plan all along has been to frustrate me enough to just let them have the products I ordered. Every day since the package arrived in here has been a different request for information or passport before they will send it to me. I took a taxi 30 minutes each way to the customs office then waited over an hour only to find out that UPS didn’t email me the proper document to go with my passport. I’ve received several packages of supplements from other companies that don’t use UPS as a carrier and the package has been delivered to my door without any problem or required documents, passport, etc. I would like to add that the products I ordered didn’t pass the Thai fda inspection which is absurd. these were benign products such as sleep aids legal in the US and msm also legal in the US. I was totally convinced the UPS people were pulling a scam when the person I’ve been corresponding with offered me the service of an import broker that could get my packages through the fda for about $400 US. The total value of the products was about $240.

We hope that you will take advantage of other shipping options in the future. UPS does charge higher brokerage fees for Customs than most other carriers. However, the responsibility of customs fees, taxes and/or duties is the sole responsibility of the importer/recipient. These charges are likewise beyond our control and should be expected regardless of the shipping method/carrier.
