Hello Alberto, Thank you for your honest feedback - we are always open to hearing the worst and best of what our customers have to say - so we know where we need to improve and what we are doing right! Please however contact us directly with any concerns, so we may address and resolve them most efficiently. We sincerely apologize for the delays with organizing your order and the documentation that we typically package all of our products with. But again, please understand as we explained before some of the items purchased were not in our usual inventory as listed items in our catalog. Therefore, we had to create new line items and documentation that was not readily available when the order was placed. We were also in a transition with our staff who handles listings and testing documents - due to a sudden tragic loss of our staff member who has now been replaced by a new hire. So this should not recur. Please note that if ordering items not listed in our catalog there may be some lead time in the future to prepare the units/line items and COA/SDS and other documents. We look forward to hearing back from you again and to serving you all much better in the future.
