Hello James, While we were diligent to ensure your order was shipped as soon as our shipping department was open after you placed the order, it appears that you selected USPS First Class as your shipping method. While this is the least expensive shipping method it has some drawbacks, including unreliable tracking, possible delays, and poor delivery estimates, as indicated during checkout. We encourage all of our customers to take advantage of our free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for all orders over $39, this courier service provides much more reliable tracking, better delivery estimates, and fewer delays. I can see that your order was also returned to sender, please get in touch with us at [email protected] to let us know whether you would like your order refunded or replaced. If you did not request that the shipment be returned to us, there may be an issue with the shipping address that was provided. We hope to hear from you soon!
