I’m more than satisfied with the product and with the customer service. All of my concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. I have been using phenibut for a while now and it’s extremely important to use as directed or you can have extremely bad side effects. But as long as you stay within the guidelines it works wonderfully.

The reasons for the five stars are easily evident. A quality product with quick shipping. This was my fourth purchase from LiftMode. It will not be my last.

Had an issue with the store I had my products sent to. Gave me one bit did check that it was two. But even though it should have been on me they were willing to ship it again. I'm happy with the products and equally happy with the service I've been getting for years. Hard to say anymore about any company but I can say that here. Thanks Leo, at Liftmode.

Thomas
Be careful what you order.... they do not accept returns..... and sometimes they introduce new items in a way that is misleading …. I made the mistake of ordering the "CISTANCHE" and it almost put me into the Hospital. (I only took the recommend amount)
Response from LiftModeAug 16, 2021
Hello Thomas, Thank you for your support but your comments are totally wrong. We always accept returns! We have a 90-day hassle-free return policy that is quite generous and well..."hassle-free". Even if 90-days have passed, we stand by our products and individualized customer care. Please contact us back again if you've ever been led to believe we will not honor a return request. We regret hearing you had such a profoundly negative experience with Cistanche. Our products are pure and potent, but also very safe - if used within th recommended guidelines. We do however strongly recommend that anyone using prescription medications or any other stimulating or potent drugs, nootropics or supplements check with their physician - especially if planning to use our products with an existing medical condition. Please contact us back, so we may take care of you and properly log your experience for our QC maintenance and research. We look forward to hearing back from you again soon and to serving you much better in the future. Kind regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team
