The only option for delivery was UPS. After reaching my country, it got hold at customs, the total of the order was 78 dollars, I ended up paying 210 dollars to be able to receive it from customs. If I knew that from the start I would never have ordered it. UPS was no help at all. And there was no way for me to cancel the order or ask for it to be taken back. Never again.

Hello Muhammad, Thank you for your honest feedback! We do apologize for this experience you had, and we will review our shipping options to Egypt to see if we can offer USPS and DHL, these options should have been available for you at checkout. Certainly, UPS is known to have higher than usual customs brokerage fees. Please contact us directly in the future, so we may offer more direct and immediate assistance. If you have any questions, concerns or would like a discount on a future purchase as some recompense for your experience, we welcome you to contact us anytime for the best service we can provide! Best regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team
