The 200g container of phenibut I received was less than half full. I realize it is sold by weight not volume but other packages I purchased from you contained more. I am unsure how to measure with the spoon you supply since the density of this product is different.

Hello Edward, First of all, we are always here to assist you - so if you have a problem - we always offer a 90 day hassle-free return policy. Secondly, we would never ship a unit underweight. Our systems of measurement and checking quality assurance make this virtually impossible, as each unit is weighed at least three times before being shipped. Finally, the volume of each batch may vary, but the weight will always be the same. The measurement of HCl will always be - one scoop equals 500mg/one serving. If it is FAA - which is more voluminous - one scoop equals 250mg so two scoops equal one 500mg serving.
