I love Lift Mode and it is hard for me to put a low star. I ordered a 5g order of Resveratrol to see if it was what I was looking for. You have to make sure it is white per Dr. David Sinclair or it is no good. The first order was perfect. So I ordered a larger order and my powder was brown when I opened it. I am by no means an expert but it is a totally different color than my first order. Now I have a lot of bad Resveratrol.

I take phenibut Hcl every day for anxiety and ptsd with only a 2 week break every 6 months. I’ve taken phenibut hcl for 6 years. Hcl crystals are not supposed to be the consistency of flour, but more like sugar. My phenibut is more like flour… but it does taste like it should. My order was for 500g HCL powder. I weighed the contents without the jar after taking only 2 grams and my digital scale read 454 grams… with the container it weighed slightly over 500 grams… So I got something that isn’t hcl powder and got 10% less product than I paid for. Will not be ordering from liftmode again.

We are very sorry that you are not happy with your order. Our packaging department uses GMP standards when preparing products. I would be more than happy to look into your concerns for you. Can you please send us the two numbers on the bottom of the jar you received, so I can further investigate? Our Phenibut HCl and our Phenibut F.A.A. are both racemic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racemic_mixture) and have at least 99.5+% pure (in fact, recent batches have been testing at higher than 99.8% purity). The remaining 0.2% or so consists of traces of impurities formed in the manufacturing process, which are inactive and non-hazardous. The purity of the products that we offer is verified by the COA provided to us by the manufacturer. Also, we independently test each product within the U.S. to ensure the manufacturers COA is accurate. We like to make sure that all the products we offer are double verified, to make sure our customers receive the best quality products. The U.S. lab that we use specializes in testing dietary supplement ingredients. They test for identity, purity, and lack of harmful contaminants such as heavy metals and bacteria.
