I'm sorry it did not work as expected. All of our products are tested and guaranteed by our distributer. We then also test every batch of products when we receive them and we also have a third party to test the concentration of our products. and everything is documented on the COA. (Certificate Of Analysis). If you are not happy with the product, or felt that it isn't giving you the results you wanted, you are able to return the product and ask for a refund for your order. we have a 90 day return/refund policy.
