Hello Leandro, I'm so sorry to hear that you are not feeling the effects of the L-THP. Sometimes a popular product would work perfectly for the majority of people that use it. But, there are times (rare) that the same exact product wont have any effect on the next person. Usually these are products that require you not to abuse the use of them. Other times our body chemistry just might process the supplement with different intensities with different people. Try using it on a regular set schedule , it might start having some effect.. if not, we always do have options for you . Don't ever hesitate to reach out to our customer service team . It's always been good with lift mode. But with this purchase, I was expecting the package Friday afternoon like was promised. Now it says it will come tomorrow on Monday. But every day so far expectations weren't met so I don't know if it will arrive.

easy checkout and payment. amazingly fast processing time, I love the same day shipping, and the cutoff time is later so it's very convenient. my product was shipped just hours after completing my purchase, and though it was mailed just first class, it arrived in two days (about 36 hours later). I give credit where it's due to USPS, but it made my experience with liftmode perfect. will do business again.

Historically liftmode has been awesome. Great customer service, always on point. This time sucked. I’m a Canadian customer, (always a pain) and I’ve been buying off them regularly since 2017. The item I usually order wasn’t available in the quantity I required, so when asked they assured me would be back in stock by the end of last week. Which it wasn’t. The item was available in smaller quantities, mind you at a much higher rate. I emailed them to see if there was something we could work out, and the only option I was given was to order the smaller versions. For some reason the shipping option I usually opt for, UPS, was at a highly inflated rate, in USD. This is the only time I’ve encountered this service being cost as such online, and I regularly buy items from the states. Because of this, I spent nearly the same amount, (roughly $360 CAD) for a fraction of what I normally purchase from them. Which sucks. Love you liftmode but you guys dropped the ball this time.
