The bottle I received was empty, the only thing inside was an excessive amount of cotton filling.

Hello Lucas, In our production process there are a multitude of steps that involves each and every product to be handled by multiple Liftmode team members hands. Each of our team members are always keeping an eye out for any issues with all of our products. On the bottom of the bottle is a Lot number #. Each lot of products are carefully measured and weighed to a very precise number by one of our professional production technicians. Their work is checked and looked over by the Quality Control manager. Then each and every bottle is tagged and stored for preparation for shipping. Before we put any product out for sale, we do extensive quality checks on each and every product. Right before shipping out any item, we have to be extremely aware of the weight of the products. If over weight, the product will be returned back to us. Saying all of that , it is absurdly spectacular that this got through our team and shipped out to you.
