Lower potency on COA than claimed

COA batch testing results were from 2/2022 with eurycomanone strength under the claimed >= 10%, coming in at an actual 9.66%. It appears that at one time the eurycomanone content maybe could’ve been 10% or above, but in two years the potency has obviously degraded, if the potency claim was ever actually true. I normally would have given the product 3 stars and not higher because I used to get the same product from Liftmode at 14+% eurycomanone for the same price. However, even at the sale price, the price is so high that I expected it to be exactly as claimed.

Response from LiftModeDec 21, 2023

Hello Michael, Thank you for feedback! The COA is our sincere assurance of transparency. The fact that we provide the COA shows we are not in any way seeking to deceive or mislead our customers. However, in terms of potency and efficacy - I use our Tongkat Ali personally and have found recent batches to taste and work even more efficiently for me. Our prices are not some hidden effort to profit from diminished quality as you seem to be implying here! We again are a transparent and honest company - that's why you know the precise percentages of eurycomanone our Tongkat Ali is testing at. Prices have had to increase due to inflation, pipeline disruptions and increased tariffs and import taxes. But we can certainly understand your disappointment! Please just contact us directly and I'm sure we can find a way to take care of you regarding pricing and if you continue to purchase and use the Tongkat Ali - we provide - I'm sure you'll find it incomparable to other sources! We look forward to hearing back from you again soon and sincerely apologize for any disappointment, frustration and for the extremely delayed response to your feedback! Best regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team
