I'm always happy with your product, the sleep capsules are the only thing that helps me sleep. They don't make me groggy in the morning. Shipping time is perfect.

I had ordered NACET and due to some shipping and quality concerns it was dropped and I was refunded. 3 stars because of the disappointment I felt but the customer service explained the situation and that took the sting out. I would possibly buy stuff again, lets see how the CDP choline is when it arrives
Response from LiftModeAug 5, 2022
Hi Shaheer, Thank you for your patience and understanding with us. The NACET being so temperature sensitive has been a major problem when we ship it out. The heat of the journey really does cause damage to the product. I am Glad we were able to help you even though we weren't able to provide the product to you. Please let us know how you like the new product that you ordered from us. Thank you for taking the time to leave us this Trustpilot review. Best wishes, Jason and the Liftmode Team

I am going with neutral rating. I have ordered about 8 or 9 days ago and my package seems to be still in sorting centre. I don't have any new informations. I will not blame liftmode, as it is not their fault - i choosed first class shipping, which was the cheapest option btw (about 25€ to europe). I will made another review when my package come.
Response from LiftModeAug 5, 2022

But we still will always be there to help you with your shipping issues or questions such as you have. I went ahead and checked on your package , if you would like to get an update about that order we would be happy to assist you. just Give our customer service a call , or send us an Email. Exceptionally fast shipping! I ordered my Phenibut HCL in the late afternoon on a Sunday 7/31/22 and received the product the following Wednesday 8/3/22! When it shipped from Liftmode to when it arrived at my doorstep took about 48 hours. Very impressed with the shipping speed and how fast my order was processed. I have sampled the Phenibut HCL from Liftmode before through a acquaintance on several occasions and it is always quality top shelf product. I am a very happy customer for my first order through Liftmode and will be a returning customer 100% I will also be recommending Liftmode to my friends and family. Thank you Liftmode team! You guys are awesome and keep up the good work! 👍👍
