Edit: was 3 is now 4. Made right with 30$ coupon which was nice. Could not login to my normal account(due to the new website troubles), made a new account (only way I could order anything) and ordered with no rewards discount. Placed order Monday, never got shipping info, called was told trouble with shipping department and I would get it by Friday or they would upgrade the shipping to next day shipping so I would have it by Friday. It’s finally been shipped but I won’t get it till Monday “estimated time of arrival”. They never upgraded my shipping. I really enjoy liftmode in the past which is why my review is not a 2 or 1 but man.

Hello Sey, Last week was a very bad week for us. The details are not very interesting, but a combination of technical problems and poor decision-making led to many late shipments. We had everyone we could working in shipping to get them out. I wish that had upgraded your shipping as we said. We planned to upgrade everyone's shipping but we didn't have a plan on how to accomplish this. It's very generous of you for giving us our past successes. We have new shipping personnel starting on Monday, and I sincerely hope that the rocky times are over. We will reach out to you via email to discuss this situation further. There was a 3.5 day delay on the shipment of my order. Every time I reached out to check on it, they were quick to respond and ultimately refunded me my entire order and gave me store credit. Great customer service and great product 👍
