Hello Alexander, Thank you for your honest review and feedback. We always welcome honest feedback, so we can know where we need to improve and what we are doing right! Any and everyone who is ordering internationally should know that as the importer you are responsible for import fees, duties, or customs taxes imposed by your country. We cannot negotiate, or predict the amounts, nor do we ever broker the amounts, nor do we gain anything at all from the high shipping costs and fees. We do apologize if this was not clear initially and for any disappointment. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to serve you better. Best regards, Nina and the Liftmode Team

They are always on time, the quality is great. Branding is awesome. I've been ordinary from this coming about 3 years now and I've noticed they are getting bigger as a company.
