Couldn’t even make it through your website. Every time I put in my credit information, it would disappear and tell me it needed it again. I couldn’t even get past that part so I went with another company with my purchase.

Hello Richard, We appreciate you taking the time to write this review, they always help to point us in the right direction to better serve our customers. You are right, that day when you tried to place an order, our website was a pitiful mess and we are sorry for the frustration it caused you. We fixed this bug on January 4th, and if you give us another try we don't think you will have the same experience. If you ever have any further concerns or issues, please let us know, and we'll get back to you right away! Best Regards, Nina and the Liftmode Team

Most of the time you always have what I need in stock. What I really love is that you are in Chicago and I live in a Chicago suburb. You guys always ship very quickly, so if I order by 3pm I always have my package by the next day using just regular mail! Your free shipping for orders over $50 is also a bonus, so 9 times out of 10 I don't even pay for shipping and I still have my product next day using just standard mail! I know I can always count on that unless I order on a Saturday because mail doesn't come on Sunday. But it's always there right on time by Monday if that's the case. I guess I am lucky I live so close, but I can imagine most ppl have good luck with your shipping process because you ship so quickly! I also love that you carry things that most other places don't carry. Im also able to learn about other products I also enjoy based on the ingredients used in a lot of your stuff! Your energy pills are just 1 example. The fact that it includes things like phenylethylamine, hordenine, and yohimbe have opened me up to other things that I like and they are always something you carry on there own. It's also nice that you carry small sample sizes that are always fairly inexpensive so I can try these new things I discoverer before actually ordering a large amount.

It's was not great in 48 hours price increase
Response from LiftModeJan 6, 2023
Hello Ann, Thank you very much for your honest feedback and for taking the time to let us and others know about your experience. We have had some price increases, particularly with Phenibut, due to increased raw material costs and tariffs. We are in the process of identifying new sources and will do our best to restore some lower prices as we are able. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may have caused for you and we invite you to give us a call or an email for a discount code for your next order. Best regards, Nina and the Liftmode Team
