I contacted LiftMode to ask if and when Sleep Caps will be back in stock. I was told 6-8 weeks which meant I would run out. I decided to look for a substitute formula since I already had LiftMode Oleamide at home. I was very pleased to receive assistance from Leo about LiftMode having individual ingredients including the Tetrahydropalmatine. I promptly placed an order and will now be prepared. I return regularly to both LiftMode (and LiftMode Hemp for CBD) for pure supplements. LiftMode provides a certificate of analysis from a 3rd party independent laboratory. Between quality products and supportive customer service, I am drawn to this small business. I am drawn to companies who genuinely care about the people they serve, who provide research and effective supplements. With guidance from LiftMode, I found sleep formulas that work after experiencing trauma (personal tip after trauma: LiftMode supplements work even better for me after EMDR, heavy metal detox and HTMA mineral balance).

Love the products but they just recently took out the option to pay for regular ground shipping for $9 and the minimum amount to pay for shipping is now $33. The price of the product I buy has doubled over the last 8 months and now the shipping has tripled as well.
Response from LiftModeJan 25, 2023
Hello Macaila, I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the recent changes to the shipping options. It's understandable that the increase in shipping costs and product prices can be frustrating. I will forward this feedback to the appropriate team for further review. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Best regards, Nina and the Liftmode Team

Ordered L Theanine and Phenibut. Both are what I ordered and work as they should, however I'm only giving 4 stars because the Theanine came with Tetrahydroharmine labs and not L theanine labs. Otherwise, amazing products and I will continue to be a customer to Synaptent/Liftmode.
Response from LiftModeJan 24, 2023
Hello Winter, Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the mistake with the wrong Certificate of Analysis on our L-Theanine product. We take all customer feedback seriously and want to ensure that all of our customers receive the correct products and lab results. Our team will investigate this issue and take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening in the future. We're glad to hear that you were satisfied with the performance of the products. We appreciate your business and hope you will continue to shop with us. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or give us a call at 855-228-9993.
