We always offer a 90-day hassle-free return policy and are currently going through GMO Certification. We cut no corners, when it comes to purity, potency and efficacy - with rigorous third-party testing of all of our products prior to packaging or selling anything. We ensure that everything we sell upholds the purity claim on the label and we provide a Certificate of Analysis to verify what you have received. Please contact us directly and provide the BPR number from the bottom of the container, so we may investigate this further and take care of your QC Complaint. We log every complaint, which is another reason why we ask customers to simply contact us if they ever have any issue or concerns at all.
