At the time of your inquiry, we were actively working with the manufacturer to see if the ship date could be moved up from April and were awaiting their confirmation before providing an update. We regret that this resulted in a communication gap and understand how that came across. The initial tracking information you received was generated in error and did not reflect the final shipment details. Unfortunately, once we confirmed the manufacturer’s availability, the lead time was longer than originally anticipated. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. Your order was placed with Next Day Air, and due to a vendor error, it was mistakenly shipped via Ground. While we worked to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, we understand the delay did not meet your expectations or our standards. We did respond within 24 hours after investigating the issue, and while we were unable to change the shipment once it was in transit, we take full responsibility for the inconvenience. We are actively working more closely with our vendors to ensure shipping methods are verified prior to dispatch so this does not happen again.
