Alan - we are sorry that you are not satisfied with your winch. In reviewing this, we see that you had a discussion on March 27th with Brad in our sales department. Brad had informed you that 100' cable will not work on the manual winch. Cutting the cable would lead to having no swaged end for attachment to the winch. You had indicated that you could resolve this issue. You had asked that we continue to fulfill the order as originally entered. Per our records this is the last interaction we had on the subject. We would be glad to discuss this further with you if necessary. Thank you.
