First of all, the lead time promised was 1-2 days after payment, and the order shipped 5 days later because I was pushing for ETA. Second, the shipment arrived in my area last Friday and today is Wednesday and I have not received the shipment, very disappointing.

Whilst we state this item ships in 1-2 days, this is a promise of our vendor and on this occasion they were unable to fulfill that promise. -For this we sincerely apologize. In regards to the shipping we understand the goods were delivered today (Wednesday) and that the delay you experienced from Friday until today was due to standard LTL shipping times (normally this is 3-5 days) combined with Easter Holidays. We know that the extra days delay from the vendor caused the shipment to get held up in the Easter holiday delays and made all the difference- we are sorry for that, if you decide to purchase anything else from us in the future please email us and we will be glad to provide free shipping and a special discount on the items you wish to buy. I was shopping around for an hoist, not a specific one- I just had some requirements to go by. I reached out to them and I was helped by Nadera Webster. They were able to recommend the best fit for us. Also, I was lucky enough they had it in stock- so that's a plus! They helped placing the order and the all transaction was so smooth and easy. The order was placed on a Thursday and on Monday the hoist was here at the plant. A tracking number was also provide, so we could monitor the shipment. On Monday they also reached out again to check whether the hoist had been received. So, customer service experience: 10/10
