We received our $5000 spreader bar damaged and scratched up. We were told we could receive a bottle of touch up paint. You would think $5000 would suggest we get a spreader bar in tip top shape. Not the case and not impressed.

Thanks for your review Kevin, after investigation, it looks like this was damaged by the carrier- we're pleased to hear that we were able to resolve this to your satisfaction by getting the spreader beam shipped back to the OEM for re-finishing, and then returning it in pristine condition, we hope the it will continue to provide you a return on your investment for many years to come. We look forward to assisting you again in the future and thanks for making it Lifting Equipment Store USA!

Delayed shipping Sent 1/2 of the items to wrong location.
Response from Lifting Equipment Store USAJul 11, 2023
Hi Michael, Thanks for taking the time to review us, we're sorry to learn that some of your items were shipped to the wrong location. I have reviewed the case and can confirm that everything was shipped on time (we actually shipped early on the shackles- they showed a lead time of 7-10 days on the website at your time of purchase). We do acknowledge that delays may have occurred with UPS due to the 4th of July holidays. Upon receiving this review we jumped in to action as this was the first we had heard regarding the address mix up and immediately gave you a call, we were sorry to hear that you were not willing to let us make this right for you, which is unfortunate as we never wish to leave customers with a bad experience, but nevertheless, we understand and respect your decision and thank you again for taking the time to review LES USA, we have used the experience constructively to prevent this from happening again in the future, we have also removed the particular shackles from sale on the website to prevent any other customers from experiencing the same situation. We hope you'll consider using us again in the future.
