Good site. Hats aren’t my style.
Experience-wise: Great. Web site is easy to use and I love any store that uses shop or Apple Pay. Makes my life easier. What I’m not in love with is the hat itself.Or hats because I bought 2. I bought my first hat from you about a year ago. Burnt orange. I like the shape of it. Round all over like an upside down bowl. Liked it so much I asked for a blue one for Christmas 2023. It wasn’t shaped exactly the same. It started heading more towards the trucker hat shape where it’s taller on the forehead and just almost a little squared off. Threw it in the back of my closet. Still loved the orange one. Continued to wear it. Forgot about the blue one. Bought both a black one and a white one. They’re worse than the blue one. I really don’t like them. I just want that rounded shape.

Good cap without anything on it!
It’s just nice to have a cap that fits well and doesn’t have any logo or writings on it. Great colors too!
