My sister ordered the unit and was very pleased with the service. I called in and spoke with James. He was very pleasant and very informative. He was also very patient. I have not received my unit yet but I'm looking forward to using it.

Great Customer Service
The lady on the phone was very nice. I think her name is Christina, she explained all of our options very clearly. She was patient and answered all of our questions. Ordering was easy

I was very pleased with the agent who…
I was very pleased with the agent who helped me. He asked me to follow him on my computer and walked through the product I was buying, right down to specs for the smart watch. He was knowledgeable about all the products and after getting an idea of what I really wanted, he worked with me to accomplish that. Although I hope I don’t need to, the 100% satisfactory guarantee cinched the sale
