Slightly better than nothing
Can take an inordinate amount of time to receive a response after button is pushed. Does not have the advertised voice distance coverage, especially if person has a quiet voice. After signing my mother up with this company, I now receive on average 30 related spam emails DAILY soliciting everything from adult diapers, to nursing homes, life insurance, funeral and cremation services.

Calendar stickers
On 6/16/2016, I called LifeStation and ordered more calendar reminder stickers as to when to test my LifeStation device. Here it is 17 days later and I have not received the stickers. I'm very disappointed as I expected my service to be better than this. Wonder what the problem is??

Life Station offers limited mobility.
The Life Station receiver only works in one room in an entire house, making it impossible for my mom to communicate away from her kitchen. So, if the button gets pushed by accident, instead of even trying to call her to see if she is okay, they call me to first see if I want them to call 911 and if they don't reach me, they call 911. The button has actually gone off a few times while hanging on a wall while Mom was away from home. Life Station has been very frustrating for my mother especially and we would like to find another company.
