The good: • Staff answers calls promptly, addressing me by name • Large, bright watch face • Priced far less than Life Alert, Bay Alarm, etc The bad: • Short battery life lasts maybe 20 hours, constantly needs recharging • It may vary by community, but my local dispatch requires a confirming phone call requesting name, address, and medical situation. If the watch doesn't work without answering my cell phone, I'll just wear my cellphone on my arm. • Red "X" to cancel service call doesn't work; every time you bump the alert button by accident somebody calls you.

Customer service help was very knowledgeable but I have had to contact them a number of times because the system was not working when I did a test.

The battery didn’t last more than 5-6 hours. Step and length walked shows big difference with other monitoring system

I feel a little disappointed. Because I am visually impaired, I didn't read the instructions very efficiently and I made the mistake of charging my device overnight. Now, it won't contain a charge long enough to get me through the night, so I can't wear it to bed...which was the main reason I wanted it in the first place. I have a breathing issue which causes me to quit breathing during the night, and having a device which I can't depend upon to last is not what I need. Is there a way I can have it replaced and/or repaired? I was told that it should hold a charge for 3 days. Mine now holds a charge for less than 24 hours.

Our 1st lifestation did not work. Took weeks to finally get it set up. The 'watch' wristband is cheap & fraying and cheesy. The alert lozenge itself is too large to fit comfortably on the wrist of many. I have noticed that other providers also offer a shower alert pad. That would be useful.

Thank you for your feedback, Audrey. Perhaps the pendant would be a better option for you. One of our agents will reach out to you shortly to discuss this with you.

Trying to test it always goes to a person who then has to put test mode on. One time I tested by pusing button and about 15-20 minutes later some one calls asking if I need help. That was scary. I hope it won't take that long if I should need them

I have had difficulty keeping it charged. I am now in the process of waiting to receive a new one as the one I have is not charging. A new one was requested on September 5th. Today is the 11th and am still waiting for it. The only problem I have had with it is sometimes I hit it by accident and my children get notified the minute it goes off. This upsets them. Also, it would be nice to have an option of a wristband as well as a necklace.
