I need an authorization to return the device. It is not useable for me. I would have to pay extra for a fall alert. It does not fit with my jewelry or sense of style.

My one complaint is that the GPS is too heavy, and too bulky to wear around your neck. I would prefer something to wear on my wrist. Something that looks like a watch band or bracelet. Thank you, Catherine Honda

Hit my button in error and waited 15 beeps for and answer and was told they had 90 seconds to answer, almost changed

I've accidentally pushed my button a couple of times due to the fact I cannot get the travel unit hooked up to either the wristband or the lanyard. The problem is that I'm 80, have some hand tremors, cannot physically install the pin that holds the unit in place. The response to my call for help resulted in my receiving a new wrist strap. That's not the problem - installing it is the challenge. I hope this brings a better solution.!

My mom fell several times while wearing the fall alert necklace. The necklace never went off on its own. Customer service was less than helpful when I called to find out why the necklace was not working properly. Very disappointed.

Never had to use the service. However, when we tried to cancel the service, we couldn't until the unit was returned. So the representative recommended I return it ASAP to avoid further monthly charges. Well, I was charged an extra month. The representative was abrupt and claimed it was standard practice until I questioned further and insisted that I get my money back for the extra month they charged. How awful for a company to try to make extra money especially considering seniors are the ones in need of this service. Terribly disappointed.

I called because my mother had lost her alert bracelet. C.S. person was more concerned with telling me that she could send the replacement for $25.00, than helping me. My mom has had this for 3 years, so you would think after a period of time, it would be replaced at no charge. I asked her to send to address on file for my mom, and it was sent to my address instead of where the unit is. Lastly, it took well over a week for the bracelet to arrive... Medical Alert needs shouldn't have to wait over 7 days for a replacement item. Very disappointed!!

The last 2 times we ran the test, the call went unanswered for a dangerously long time. The unit reset and was silent for several minutes, and we push the alert button again. Finally after several more minutes, we had a response. Too long of a delay when seconds may matter.
