Easy to understand and efficient process
I've been helping my Dad get his household in order now that he is living alone. Arranging the medic alert through LifeStation was the most efficient and friendly thing I've done through this whole process. Sherri explained everything well with just enough information without overwhelming us. She also was able to provide additional assistance since my Dad is a veteran.

never felt pressured
I called several times with different questions and each time I was impressed with the different reps I talked too. I never felt pressured. I felt heard and understood. They did not bad mouth any of their competitors. Felt it was hands down the best deal, option, and way to go.
