First experience was positive and successful.
I've only just "met" the company but Sherry, the representative, was helpful and knowledgeable and responded appropriately and completely to my questions and concerns. I was choosing this service to save some money as compared to my current alert service but it turns out that it's about the same or a little more but, as far as I can tell, I'm getting a more complete service which is also backed by my health insurance company.

Outstanding Customer Service Rep Sherry
The representative I spoke with (Sherry) was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She was not pushy, took her time to understand my Mothers needs and health concerns.
