My father has used Life Station in the yard, after he fell. The medics appeared within minutes and he was taken to the hospital with a fractured hip. He is 96 and lives alone. This gives me relief, his daughter, in knowing he has got help on the way. It is a very good system, the only complaint I have is my father is hard of hearing and he has accidentally pushed the button and not heard the operator asking if he is ok. But this rarely happens and i would rather have him checked on, knowing he has a way to get help allows him to live alone and this makes him very happy.

This service is typical of the other services out there. A bit expensive. Think about the fall option. A 99 year old friend of mine did not have the fall option. He fell in his house two days ago and they think he was on the floor for 20 hours.

So far, my equipment has functioned well, and I have tested it several times, but I don't feel that I can give it the highest rating since I haven't had a real emergency.

The system was easy to set up and I like the fact that they handle accidental calls well.

We love Lifestation. The peace of mind it provides my mother is such a blessing. We love that the call center is US based. The only thing we would like to see improved is the length of time between pressing the call button and when a live person responds to the call. I would estimate it takes between 30 seconds and one minute to reach a live person. That having been said, we are still very very pleased with Lifestation!

Good value...simple and easy to use. Often too long of wait for operator after you press button.

I am not confident in your service as there was one situation where I called for service and no one responded. I ended up calling 911 for assistance to the hospital. What if I was having a heart attack I could of died. Not happy with your service. I lost my band as the band broke off I will need a replacement.

. The times I've used it it has been great. My only complain is that sometimes the reception is not clear and I'm left guessing what they are saying. Maybe it was just that one time. I feel very safe having it and wearing it. I feel I have help just a click away. Thank you, Monica.
