The most recent event with my mom went well. The system definitely works well. My only concern was that after 2 requests my phone number was still incorrect. I believe it is finally accurate. My sister was called who then called me so all went well. Thank God!

My parents have the service available; thank goodness they've not had to use it. Knowing the capabilities are there for them is peace of mind for me. Beyond some difficulties with the initial setup because of outdated phone lines in their area, all seems to be working well. They do the monthly tests. Pushing to review something we've not technically had to use!

My 86-year old mom has found LifeStation easy to use each month we test the system. Fortunately, she has never had to use it in a real life situation. This gives me and my brother peace of mind that we have the LifeStation.

I feel safer since I've had it. It seems like it takes too long for them to answer, when I test my system every month. Especially if I actually had an emergency.

If I put the unit on the charger before it is totally discharged I get the message "CHARGED OK". The unit will not function until the battery has totally discharged. I have called requesting help with this issue and was told to take the battery out and then put it back in. That did not solve the problem.

They always answer even though it's always been an accidental alarm. Sometimes it seems as if it takes quite awhile for a response.
