Very happy .I signed up for my 94 father .except for 1 glitch of a defective unit which was/quickly resolved .lifestation has given us piece of mind .my father & I are very happy with the service .

I had surgery in June of last year. I had family over to help. I was home for a week. It was Sunday of that week family left. Soon I got really sick to my stomach and vomiting dizziness began. Well I was very scared couldn't move because of my surgery it was an emergency surgery. Long story short I pushed my emergency button of my LifeStation and they were there helping me and keeping me calm. The ambulance came into my apartment and took me to the hospital. I had a very serious infection in my stomach. Funny I only had LifeStation a few weeks. So happy I did. Thank you LifeStation.

We don't have much to base a review on, since my husband hasn't had to use it so far , thank God. It is comforting when I go out he has only to push a button should he fall or have any other problems.

I am pleased with Life Station, except for one reason. My mother suffers with short-term memory. She has fallen and when Life Station called she said she was okay. She was, however, she couldn't think/remember to tell them that she couldn't get up. She does not know how to get up on her own. I called and requested that I be notified when they get a signal from her button. Life Station told me that if they speak directly with the recipient and they say they are okay, NO ONE is notified. My mother laid on the floor until I got home from work which was hours later. Very dissatisfied in that regard, otherwise, company is great.

My only concern is the delay from the time I press the button until the call is answered. I have been greeted with unfailing concern and a caring attitude, but I hope that this delay can be cut down. Fortunately, I have had no crises to deal with, but from time to time I test the unit. I can imagine how desperate some folks could become with a wait, even a short wait. Thanks for your inquiry

Whenever I have tested the system, they have answered promptly. When I lost power and the light was blinking, I called the number and they reset the system for me.

My mother has the Life Station in assisted living. The arrangement was that your staff calls the front desk of the facility and let them check on her rather than your staff calling EMTs directly. This worked three times but the last time your staff called them directly unnecessarily. Please refer to instructions before you call. Thanks

Honestly, we have never used it. It is nice to have it if we need it.
