I BOTH THIS FOR MY 83YEAR OLD AUNT TO KNOW SHE WOULD BE SAFE IN TIME OF NEED SHE FEELS VERY SAFE WITH IT AS SHE TRAVEL AROUND TOWN AND HOME.

Since the family members live remotely this service is a godsend. Responsive and reliable with their own answering service in-house, and very understanding that occasional false alarms by the elderly come with the territory and are always treated seriously. We love the concept that the operator never leaves the line until the issue is resolved. Directions about the best options for device and button installation were concise and easily understood. And for the fine quality of services rendered, LifeStation is moderately priced.

Luckily I've never had to use it in an emergency situation, but when we test it, the call comes promptly.

I just love the service my father gets from the LifeStation! I feel secure at work now and know my father is well taken care of. We have had to use this a couple of times and the response times are just incredible! My dads care was so quick! He is very happy and secure at home now! Thank you so very much! Would recommend Lifestation to anyone.

I'm sure it's great but so far I have not needed it, hopefully that will continue!

My parents use this, they are 91 and 96 and it has been a helpful unit for them. Sometimes my dad accidentally hits his button and someone comes on the phone unit and ask if he is OK and he replies yes. They had to use it one time and life station called the ambulance for my mother to help her. It was very helpful and for our family because we could not be there as quick as the ambulance. I appreciate all that Life Station does and feel this unit has been great for my elderly parents.

I have had no issues and luckily we haven't had to fully utilized the services. My mom hasn't fallen.
